By using the «Fanty» website (fanty.best), you agree to these Terms.

Age and content

The site is intended for adults only (18+). By starting a game, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Account

One account per person; registration details must be accurate. You are responsible for keeping your password safe.
We may block an account that violates these Terms.

Gameplay and VIP access

The base game is free for both guests and registered users. A VIP subscription unlocks extra rounds and cards for a
fee, paid through Monobank; the price and duration are shown before payment. If you enable auto-renewal, you can
turn it off at any time on the VIP page; an early renewal adds time to the current period rather than replacing it.

Payment and refunds

Payments are processed by Monobank; we never have access to your card number. For refund requests, contact
fantybest@gmail.com — each request is reviewed individually; if approved, the money is returned to the card used for
payment and the corresponding VIP time is removed.

Content

Card and game texts belong to Fanty or are used under a lawful licence. Copying or redistributing them commercially
without permission is prohibited. Participant names and any other text you enter yourself remain yours — we claim
no rights over it.

Prohibited conduct

You may not: scrape the site automatically, attempt to bypass the age check or security measures, post unlawful
content, or abuse the forms (mass fake registrations, password guessing).

Liability

The site is provided "as is", with no guarantee of uninterrupted operation. We are not responsible for content you
enter yourself (such as participant names). To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages
arising from your use of the site.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; continued use of the site after a change is published means you accept it.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes are resolved through negotiation, and failing that, in
accordance with the law.
